PTA
Southfield

I went into physical therapy because I am passionate about helping people. I take pride in living an active, healthy lifestyle and sharing that with others. I’m especially passionate about the senior population. Far too often we see patients decondition and experience balance deficits that lead to frequent falls.  I believe many seniors become inactive because they are fearful of falling and therefore, become more and more inactive.  This cycle is widespread and it breaks my heart. However, I have seen many patients respond positively to physical therapy and break this cycle. With a little gentle and safe balance training interventions, patients can regain confidence and safety return to a productive and social lifestyle again.

As a full-time PTA in Southfield, I also do homecare part-time primarily with senior adults focusing on balance, strengthening, and educating them in ways to stay independent and safe in their homes. With physical therapy, I love being able to help people stay active in their community and able to be with their friends and families.

When I’m not helping patients, I enjoy being outdoors. From boating to gardening, you’ll find me with my wife and three children enjoying everything Michigan has to offer!
